My Tafi var en af Favolas første kunder – og så endda en international én af slagsen. Heraf opstod begrebet FCB (Favola Cross Borders) også – og vi er så absolut ikke færdige med, at hjælpe på tværs af landegrænserne.
"We recently launched myTafi.com with the new design. Usability and time to market were our main concerns for the site re-design. We requested about a dozen design firms to provide us their critique on our usability of our old design and how they would fix it. Favola’s feedback on our site and their design ideas stood apart from the other vendors that we interacted with. They clearly understood our users and our business needs. We did not have to burn our time explaining them our requirements. They took the ownership of our product and delivered the new design in the matter of days. Even though, they were not in the same time zone, we had no issues with communication. We worked through our project in Agile way. We received delivery on daily basis and our feedback was incorporated in the next day release.
Our users love our site. And we are truly thankful to Favola for being an excellent design partner for us.
